  - Suspected fraudulent transactions  

3. Pricing & Payments  
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.  
- We offer free shipping on all orders within India.  
- Payments must be made through the available secure payment methods on our website.  
- If a payment fails, the order will not be processed.  

4. Shipping & Delivery  
- Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivered within 8-10 business days.  
- Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.  
- Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or local restrictions.  

5. Return & Exchange Policy  
- Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery by emailing womenshoppee2@gmail.com with an unpacking video as proof.  
- Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.  
- Customers must bear the return shipping cost, except in cases where the product received is incorrect or damaged.  
- For exchanges, customers must pay for both return and reshipping charges.  

6. Order Cancellation  
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours directly on the website.  
- After 24 hours, cancellations are only possible by emailing womenshoppee2@gmail.com.  
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
