If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you. Below is our return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for you.

Complain process
Complaints regarding product quality should be made within 24 hours of delivery. To file a complaint, please contact us at womenshoppee2@gmail.com. If the return reason is valid, our team will replace the item.

Defective Product / Wrong Product

When opening the package, please record an unpacking video of the received parcel. Capture the package from all angles, ensuring the sealed packet and the printed shipment label are visible on camera. Film the unpacking process and inspect the product carefully. If a defect is found, clearly record it on camera. Ensure that the video is uncut, continuous, and not edited.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at womenshoppee2@gmail.com for a quick resolution.

2. Request Approval: In your email, kindly provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and an unpacking video. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

3. Return Shipping:
* If your return is approved, you will need to courier the product back to us.
* The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
* Please use India Post courier service only for return shipments. A maximum courier charge of Rs.100 will be reimbursed to you.

4. Return Process:
* Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging before shipping it to the address provided by our team.
* Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return/exchange criteria.

5. Refund/Exchange:
* If approved, we will ship a replacement within 5 business days.
* If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed within 2 working days.

Order Cancellation Policy –

- Within 24 Hours of Placing the Order
* Customers can cancel their order directly on the website within 24 hours of placing it.  
* ⁠ If canceled within this timeframe, a full refund will be processed within 2-3 working days via the original payment method.  

After 24 Hours:
* Once 24 hours have passed, cancellation is only possible by emailing womenshoppee2@gmail.com with the order details.  
* If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
